Savoring Summer with the Art of Burrata
Meaning "buttery" in Italian, Burrata is a fresh cheese made from a delicate mix of mozzarella and cream. Once cut into, Burrata oozes with a rich , buttery and creamy panna and is the perfect match for the fresh & vibrant flavors of the summer.
For Savoring Summer with the Art of Burrata event, the NoMI Kitchen culinary team will bring you back behind the swinging doors to give an in-kitchen demonstration of how this culinary marvel is made. Following the demonstration, guests will be welcomes to a beautiful summer tablescape in NoMI Garden for a three course lunch prepared by Executive Chef Take centered around burrata and the freshest summer ingredients. As no Saturday afternoon on a terrace is complete without a little libation, our expert Sommelier will pair each course with a refreshing wine to complement the flavors of the dishes.
