Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine is a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences hosted at all Park Hyatt locations. Through engaging and interactive events, area residents and visiting gourmands can engage with our award-winning chefs, sommeliers, and specialists.
Join Chef de Cuisine & Park Hyatt Chicago at the exclusive Bouchard Pere & Fils Wine Dinner this spring, which features an exclusive selection of their top Burgundy wines. Journey with NoMI through Eastern France with one of the oldest Burgundy houses in the region and experience insider knowledge on everything from vine-care and terroir influence to specific tasting notes and specialized pairing instructions from Bouchard.
Chef de Cuisine Paul Dobroski will in turn prepare a sumptuous four-course dinner featuring inspired dishes perfectly complementing the wines.
