Onsite Catering

The Catering Department of Park Hyatt Chicago offers a full complement of catering services. Explore a wide range of thematic possibilities for your special event.  Our expert culinary staff will customize your menu by thoughtfully incorporating your ideas and specific cuisine requirements (ethnic, religious or dietary).  Each meal is creatively presented on its own uniquely shaped china collection or displayed buffet style on our custom-designed silver risers to create a unique dining experience for your guests.

Additionally, the Catering Department offers a unique selection of amenities that can be delivered to guestrooms. Choose from an extensive array of choices, including:
  • Pre-meeting breakfasts, from the All American Continental to buffets with omelet stations and bagel bars
  • A “pick-me-up” break, offering everything from your favorite childhood treats to sliced fruit or health bars
  • Delightful lunches, featuring French cuisine with global flair prepared by our Executive Chef
  • Spectacular hors d’oeuvres with a mix of hot and cold choices in a variety of ethnic themes including sushi, bacon wrapped scallops and mini lamb chops
  • Classic buffets, featuring carving stations, seafood, cheese, and more
  • Plated meals, including appetizers, salads, entrées and desserts
Seasonal menus
Catering menus for the Grand Salon are a reflection of the palate-pleasing contemporary French cuisine served in NoMI’s main dining room.  NoMI also features a full sushi bar which can provide fresh sushi and sashimi for your special meeting or event.
