Make a strong impression on your guests when you select our impeccable Chicago meeting room space. Guests enter our impressive 2,000 square foot foyer, which connects the Grand Salon and boardrooms. Enjoy ideal flow from room-to-room, with the Grand Foyer offering gracious plush seating, private bathrooms, complimentary phones with local and toll-free calls and coat check services. Distinctive enhancements to our venues include a  $23 million collection of fine art, as well as leather-wrapped doors, extensive millwork of Makore wood panels and silk wall coverings. 

Regardless of which of our Chicago venues you choose, expect designer finishes, custom table accents and utmost discretion from our multilingual staff.  To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and event space offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / special lighting effects / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase electricity that can be converted to 220V three-phase electricity.

Salon Level
Grand Salon Ballroom
With 2,800 square feet of impeccable interior space, the Grand Salon Ballroom features four 14-foot-long chandeliers of crystal amber.  Entertain up to 300 guests for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres or in a theater-style arrangement.  Host a sophisticated dinner for as many as 180 guests.  Divide this ballroom into Petite Salons A, B and C for more intimate spaces.

The Drawing Room 
Within this state-of-the-art meeting room, discover electronic roll down screens for your projections that are custom skirted.  Entertain 60 guests for an affair with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres or invite 20 VIPs to a formal seated event.  Used in its entirety, this flexible space features a seating area with lounge furniture giving the feel of entertaining at home. Guest may relax during meeting breaks or toast the evening for festive parties in this welcoming area. Divide the Drawing Room into two separate rooms for overflow, reception or greeting areas, or for more intimate events.

Louis Sullivan Boardroom
This executive boardroom features a 42-inch state-of-the-art plasma screen and executive wooden conference table with leather chairs.  With ultra-modern European décor and 440 square feet of impeccable interior space, invite up to 10 VIPs to your impressive meeting.  Host your event confidently and discreetly with utmost style in this sophisticated meeting room.
Seventh Floor
NoMI
Designated a “Top 10 Power Dining Spot” by Forbes Magazine, NoMI was named for Chicago’s renowned North Michigan Avenue.  Allow your guests to savor contemporary French cuisine with a global flare, prepared with the finest and freshest ingredients by Executive Chef Ryan. The 120-seat Tony Chi designed restaurant is nestled on the seventh floor of Park Hyatt Chicago, offering a premier setting for your most important events.  Relish breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and Water Tower Park through a striking wall of glass.  Select from an extensive, award-winning wine collection and dine in exquisite private dining facilities reflecting contemporary European-style elegance and luxurious designer touches.  A full Japanese sushi bar adds to the global appeal of our cuisine.

Private Dining Room
Host breakfast, lunch or dinner for up to 16 guests in the exceptional P

Semi-Private Dining Room

The Art Gallery
One of the most exquisite event rooms available in Chicago, our Art Gallery houses a portion of Park Hyatt Chicago’s exceptional $23 million fine art collection. Entertain up to 50 guests for cocktails or 30 for a formal seated event in this sophisticated, upscale gallery.
